Do you clean after business hours?

Yes. Most of our commercial work happens at night or on weekends, so we never get in the way of your staff or customers.

How much does commercial cleaning cost?

It depends on the size of the space, how often you want it cleaned and what is on the checklist. After a free walkthrough we send a fixed price per visit or per month.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. We agree on a checklist and a schedule, and you can change either one as your business changes.

Do you bring the supplies and equipment?

Yes. We bring vacuums, mops, floor machines and products. If your space needs a specific product, tell us and we will use it.

Will it be the same crew every time?

Yes. We assign a crew to your space so the people cleaning it know where everything goes and what matters to you.

How do you handle keys and alarm codes?

Only the crew assigned to your space gets access, and we lock up and set the alarm the way you show us on the walkthrough.

What if something gets missed?

Call or text us. We come back and take care of it, and we update the checklist so it does not happen again.

Is my space too small?

Probably not. A single office suite or a small shop is a normal job for us.

Do you clean after construction or renovation?

Yes. We do rough and final cleans for contractors and owners: dust, debris, paint drips and stickers off the glass.

How fast can you start?

Usually soon after the walkthrough and quote are approved. Tell us your target date when you call.
